| Central Monitoring and
Control System |
|
Full benefit from the advanced communication
technologies is realized when devices are combined into an integrated system, capable of
remote connectivity over standard phone lines or high speed Internet connections.
We provide local server and software for on-site management team, as well as remote
dial-up connectivity. Facilities, which do not have management on premises, are
connected into a network for central point monitoring and control, eliminating the need
for unnecessary site visits and waste of valuable maintenance and support time. The
facilities can be accessed from a dedicated location, or from any Internet connection. |
Remote dial-up software is utilized for
monitoring a pilot power line carrier based Integrated Building System in Queens, NY.
The system is monitoring apartment temperatures, smoke detectors, electrical meters, roof
doors, elevator alarms, vacuum pumps, hot water tanks, leakage detection, and other
building processes. |

Monitoring software and graphical user
interface is created using actual floor plans and layout of a facility, providing ease of
use, and when desired, full automatic operation.
Appropriate personnel is alerted via an alphanumeric pager, or a simple phone call,
describing condition, time and location.
Database keeps records for historical analysis and trending. |
