HCCM-2100, Heater Cable Control and Monitoring System

panel.jpg (15751 bytes) HCCM-2100 is designed to control and monitor the temperature of critical piping system, and also monitor integrity of heater cables used to heat-trace such piping systems.

The system uses patented communication methods via the heater cable, and does not require dedicated communication wiring.  The system is highly reliable, designed with fail-safe control modes, and performs heater cable and sensor diagnostics, and also self-diagnostics.

Total installed system cost is significantly lower than conventional temperature control and heater cable monitoring systems.  The HCCM-2100 has been successfully utilized by New York City Transit Authority and various commercial institutions for the past four years. These systems are UL approved and are specified by major consulting engineers in New York.

Remote Terminal
The RT-2104 Remote communicates pipe temperature, and system integrity status to the NC-2104. The RT-2104 is connected to the heat trace cable with the cable manufacturer's UL/FM Approved splice kit. The RT-2104 Remote terminals are provided in a NEMA-4X enclosure.
