| Intech 21 has been successful in
providing freeze protection and temperature monitoring and control for critical piping
systems in commercial and transit applications. The patented Heating Cable Control
and Monitoring System (HCCM-2100) communicates pipe temperatures through heat-tracing
cables. |

The NC-2104 is a microprocessor-based network controller equipped with power line carrier transceiver and two RS 485 input/output ports. Each Network Controller can monitor and control up to four heating circuits by itself, and up to thirty-two (32) heating circuits with addition of the IO-2104 Input/Output Modules. |
The spread spectrum technology provides speed reliability and economy more effectively then any other competing communications technology. The HCCM-2100 provides the most cost-effective solution for temperature control and monitoring, as well as supervision of the heating cable integrity without dedicated communication wiring. |

The RT-2104 Remote Terminal communicates pipe
temperature, and system integrity status to the NC-2104. The RT-2104 is
connected to the heat trace cable with the cable manufacturers UL/FM Approved splice
kit. The RT-2104 Remote Terminals are provided in a variety of NEMA rated enclosures and
can withstand voltage spikes of 10,000 volts. |

| The entire HCCM-2100 System is designed to
operate with a wide variety of commercial voltages. Data communication is provided
for local or remote computer interface in addition to local and remote indication.
Relay outputs for cable power switching are also provided. The system is utilized
together with heat-tracing cables of any type of make and model. New York City Transit Authority, Brooklyn College, J.P. Morgan, Merrill Lynch, Swiss Bank, Chelsea Piers and others have successfully utilized the HCCM-2100. |
